How much does delivery cost?

Australian ladies, please enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders.

International ladies enjoy a Flat rate $30

New Zealand ladies Flat rate $20

AUSTRALIA;

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed the next business day if stock is available, otherwise we make to order and please allow within 21 business days.  It should arrive to Australian residents in 1-6 business days if in stock. If you order on the weekend, we will post your order on Monday.

Please check and double check your address is correct. Include all street numbers, unit numbers, floors + company names where applicable. We suggest including a mobile phone number so we can contact you quickly if there are any problems. For more information on our shipping policy, refer to “Delivery of Goods” in our Terms of Service.

How can I track my Australian order?
When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number from Australia Post.

What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
Australia – If you are not home, Australia Post will leave a card telling you which Australia Post branch to pick up from.

How much does delivery cost?

International shipping| we ship worldwide, all of our international orders are shipped via DHL Global mail for a flat rate of just $30 AUD. New Zealand a flat rate of $20. Each international parcel is sent with a courier service via each countries local postal service.

Once you receive your tracking number, you can track it on your countries postal website once item has left Australia and landed in the destination country*. Sometimes it can take a few days for tracking details to be displayed.

When will my order arrive?

The time it takes for internationals parcels to arrive can vary depending on the countries listed below, & are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Trans Direct orders can take between 9 – 14 working days, we will track your order from here, and let you know if there is any delivery issues.

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?

International shoppers please note: Import tax into your own country is at your own expense. ÂME NUE INTIMATES is not liable to pay your countries import taxes, they are up to the responsibility of the shopper. 

Import taxes vary between countries, so please check these before placing your order to avoid confusion. 

Royal Mail customers: Royal Mail charges import VAT and duty on items over £39. This charge is up to the responsibility of our shoppers, for more information on this, please see their charges here.

If an order is returned to us for an incorrect shipping address, the re-posting fee is $20 to cover the return shipping we are charged as well as the cost to resend, thank you for your understanding.

What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?

For international orders – if no card is left, please contact Trans Direct as all international orders must be signed for upon delivery.

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want to look after you, and ensure your comfort.

We are proud of the beautiful design and high quality of our products, however if for any reason you need to return or exchange an item to Âme Nue Intimates, please do so within 14 days of receiving the garment or 21 days internationally. Please use the information on your receipt to complete all areas of the Return/Exchange form before enclosing it in your package and posting it. Only garments with a production fault will be exchanged or refunded beyond a 14 day period, within 6 months of the original purchase date.

As above, please ensure the garment is in its original condition. If you believe that your garment contains a production fault, please return it to Âme Nue Intimates for assessment by our quality assurance team. Garments that are deemed faulty will have their postage refunded where a receipt is provided.

Unfortunately, due to health regulations. we cannot exchange intimates bottoms for any reason, so please check our size guide and choose carefully. 

Garments that are returned or exchanged must be in original condition with swing tags attached + original invoices. Garments that have been worn, have makeup marks or perfume cannot be returned. 

Please note there is no refund on sale items, but we are happy to exchange sizes or issue credit notes. This includes items purchased through online specials and sale discounts. 

If your garment is eligible to return, please fill out this returns form. Once your return is received, we will be in contact with the email address provided on your order to discuss new sizes or styles should you request a replacement.
